Astor Oto was a little too slow when Nicasio Christobal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 15th minute Karl-Axel Majman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Huemul's Astor Oto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save El Huemul from getting a goal against them. When Nicasio Christobal came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the C A Gral Paz Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Christobal couldn't finish the play. Astor Oto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Christobal in the 23rd minute. Astor Oto made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Nicasio Christobal sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in El Huemul's zone, Nicasio Christobal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Oto came out of the goal and Nicasio Christobal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Astor Oto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Christobal in the 30th minute. Karl-Axel Majman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Oto having to interfere. When C A Gral Paz Juniors's Isidoro Iratze in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Huemul's goalie prevented a goal. The wind increased when Dallas Smalley made the kick off in the second half. After 69 played minutes, C A Gral Paz Juniors's Leonel Eguzki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Astor Oto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C A Gral Paz Juniors reached it. Astor Oto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Axel Majman, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, C A Gral Paz Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Navarro came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to El Huemul getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Marcos Berdaitz hit a great ball. Astor Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Christobal in the 79th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, C A Gral Paz Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdaitz came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the C A Gral Paz Juniors defense, Virgilio Eder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Richard Textex. The C A Gral Paz Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Textex should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, C A Gral Paz Juniors's Richard Textex got control of the ball when Abelardo Barrionuevo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 93 played minutes El Huemul got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Barrionuevo. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The C A Gral Paz Juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while El Huemul had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
