Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carlos Segio took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Palca booed when Zapallar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Grabiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute David Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Zapallar booed when Palca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palca's goalkeeper Anacleto Crescencio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, Jacinto Jax was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zapallar the free kick. In the 28th minute, German Menendo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Everardo Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Segio in the 31st minute of play. Anacleto Crescencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Romero in the 36th minute of play. Cesar Jerico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Crescencio having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Carlos Segio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zapallar the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Ramon Birila made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, German Menendo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Everardo Frisco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cesar Jerico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anacleto Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Ramon Birila got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Anacleto Crescencio was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Cesar Jerico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cesar Jerico really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When Patricio Rio fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palca's protests and gave Patricio Rio a yellow card for diving instead. Patricio Rio hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Palca's goalkeeper Anacleto Crescencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Jerico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Nardo in the 73rd minute of play forced Zapallar's goalkeeper Everardo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Zapallar's goal looked a bit too open when German Menendo came free, but Everardo Frisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anacleto Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Romero in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Palca got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Segio. Pascual Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Palca's Anacleto Crescencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Palca from getting a goal against them. Ramon Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Crescencio having to interfere. Zapallar's Everardo Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Menendo in the 88th minute of play. Cesar Jerico struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Anacleto Crescencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zapallar. Anacleto Crescencio made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ramon Birila sent off a good shot on target. During the 91st minute of the match Patricio Rio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Patricio Rio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ramon Birila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Palca were victorious despite being under pressure from Zapallar for much of the match.
