Spectators: 7643 (Terracing: 5734, Seating: 1757, VIP seats: 152) Pompiliu Corcoveanu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Roman Bautista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Everardo Frisco made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Corcoveanu in the 4th minute of play forced Zapallar's goalkeeper Everardo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 minutes, Pompiliu Corcoveanu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zapallar's Everardo Frisco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pompiliu Corcoveanu took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everardo Frisco. Everardo Frisco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After having played for 18 minutes, Pompiliu Corcoveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pompiliu Corcoveanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Cesar Jerico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zapallar's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Jerico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Bermudez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the game, Zapallar's Cesar Jerico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pascual Bermudez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Pascual Bermudez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Jerico in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Pompiliu Corcoveanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everardo Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Graciano Fraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Everardo Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Norino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Corcoveanu in the 32nd minute of play forced Zapallar's goalkeeper Everardo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34th play minutes Pompiliu Corcoveanu shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Everardo Frisco and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 41st minute of the match AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB got a corner. Zapallar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Graciano Fraga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Everardo Frisco was a little too slow when Graciano Fraga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 5-1. Cesar Jerico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramon Birila made a kick off. Everardo Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Fraga in the 53rd minute of play. After 59 minutes, Roberto Demesio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zapallar and the AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Zapallar getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Roberto Demesio hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Pompiliu Corcoveanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. After some careless play in the Zapallar defense, Froilan Columbo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Frisco. The Zapallar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Frisco should have stopped the shot. AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB made a substitution. Aaron Stanislao replaced Paulo Oxarra. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 10-1 when Pompiliu Corcoveanu sped through Zapallar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Everardo Frisco. Everardo Frisco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AYACUCHO FUTBOL CLUB had played much better football throughout.
