Ovidio Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Anastasio Brais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belgrano's Garðar Jóhannsson got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mauro Boselli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Mauro Boselli notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tumbaya 1966 FC's Jairo Lordi. Jairo Lordi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Garðar Jóhannsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. Jairo Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garðar Jóhannsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Ado in the 65th minute of play. Jairo Lordi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Boselli in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Belgrano's Garðar Jóhannsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jairo Lordi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Belgrano made a substitution. 潘谦朋 replaced Oscar Ado. Belgrano's Danilo Arce was substituted for Mauro Boselli. Jairo Lordi was a little too slow when 潘谦朋 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-5. Jairo Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 潘谦朋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Llorienzo came free, but Anastasio Brais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ovidio Argi came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Tumbaya 1966 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Argi couldn't finish the play. Garðar Jóhannsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jairo Lordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Belgrano could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tumbaya 1966 FC throughout the match.
