Gabriel Matai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 32 minutes, Epifanio Sayveon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saint Black AFC and the El Pode FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of El Pode FC booed when Saint Black AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Sayveon didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Gabriel Matai managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Saint Black AFC's Roman Canor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Augusto Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Canor scored 3-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Matai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Roman Canor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Gabriel Matai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Ove Karlstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Roman Canor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The El Pode FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Matai should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Saint Black AFC fully deserved thier win.
