Ahmet Boran Çoğan came out and tried to block the shot, but Leif Törnqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Ahmet Boran Çoğan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leif Törnqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 8 minute of play. Ahmet Boran Çoğan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gervasio Isias in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as North of California's Serafin Ilazki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Boran Çoğan. That made the score 3-0 after 12 minutes of play. Ahmet Boran Çoğan came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by North of California's Leif Törnqvist. But to his dismay, Leif Törnqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ahmet Boran Çoğan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Törnqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as North of California's Leif Törnqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Boran Çoğan. That made the score 7-0 after 26 minutes of play. Leif Törnqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ahmet Boran Çoğan made a huge save. North of California's Leif Törnqvist was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 43rd minute Leandro Chorche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Çoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leif Törnqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet Boran Çoğan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Felix Kusko hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ahmet Boran Çoğan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Törnqvist in the 51st minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Boran Çoğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63 played minutes La Tetera got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Jerano. A wasted opportunity for North of California. The audience was convinced that Leif Törnqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Boran Çoğan was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. A collision led to La Tetera getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Fabricio Ascencio hit a great ball. La Tetera's Ahmet Boran Çoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Chorche in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leif Törnqvist in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Boran Çoğan saved La Tetera from getting behind. In the 78th minute, Leif Törnqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North of California fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Ilazki in the 83rd minute of play forced La Tetera's goalkeeper Ahmet Boran Çoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Boran Çoğan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leif Törnqvist's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute Leandro Chorche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Çoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
