After 9 played minutes Termogalacticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Foro. After a defensive mix-up in Termogalacticos FC's zone, Benard Simpson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Prejun came out of the goal and Benard Simpson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benard Simpson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Zeledon Prejun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Termogalacticos FC's Zeledon Prejun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Endira in the 15th minute of play. Alfonso Endira struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Zeledon Prejun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velez Sarsfield F.C.. After 24 played minutes Termogalacticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Haimar. In the 25th minute, Americo Meder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Velez Sarsfield F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 28thth minute of the game Alfonso Endira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Termogalacticos FC's Zeledon Prejun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Americo Meder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Prejun having to interfere. Benard Simpson struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Zeledon Prejun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velez Sarsfield F.C.. Zeledon Prejun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Endira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Zeledon Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benard Simpson in the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Alfonso Endira notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Termogalacticos FC's Zeledon Prejun. Zeledon Prejun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Americo Meder came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Velez Sarsfield F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Meder couldn't finish the play. Benard Simpson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Prejun having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Patryk Chludzinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Prejun was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After having played for 46 minutes, Benard Simpson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velez Sarsfield F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Benard Simpson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes Termogalacticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Foro. In the 48th minute of the match Atilano Chorache sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Prejun skillfully saved the ball.

52 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield F.C.'s Americo Meder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Prejun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 53rd minute of the match, Benard Simpson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zeledon Prejun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alfonso Endira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Fabricio Leocadio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeledon Prejun made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Alfonso Endira sent off a good shot on target. Benard Simpson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Alfonso Endira made a precise shot to the right of Zeledon Prejun. Termogalacticos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 65th match minute, Termogalacticos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Haimar to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes Termogalacticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Fernado. Zeledon Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benard Simpson in the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Americo Meder in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Prejun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benard Simpson succeeded in the game's 75th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. In the 78th play minute Alfonso Endira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zeledon Prejun. 0-7. Alfonso Endira struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Zeledon Prejun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velez Sarsfield F.C.. Zeledon Prejun came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Velez Sarsfield F.C.'s Benard Simpson. But to his dismay, Benard Simpson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Patryk Chludzinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Americo Meder who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Zeledon Prejun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 97th minute, Americo Meder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Velez Sarsfield F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
