An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Alfonso in the 19th minute of play forced HacheAbajo FC's goalkeeper Domingo Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingo Estebano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Mikeldi in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Ariel Alfonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sinbosteros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 26th minute, Hector Urko made a precise shot to the right of Domingo Estebano. HacheAbajo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Eyague in the 29th minute of play forced HacheAbajo FC's goalkeeper Domingo Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingo Estebano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Eyague went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Uriel Mikeldi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Urko in the 34th minute of play forced HacheAbajo FC's goalkeeper Domingo Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uriel Mikeldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Ariel Alfonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinbosteros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Alfonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariel Alfonso made a kick off. HacheAbajo FC's Domingo Estebano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save HacheAbajo FC from getting a goal against them. Ariel Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Domingo Estebano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariel Alfonso went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Ariel Alfonso took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingo Estebano. Domingo Estebano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Hector Urko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sinbosteros's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Urko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Estebano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ariel Alfonso in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Domingo Estebano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alfredo Eli's late challenge caught a Sinbosteros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Eli helped the player get up and apologised. Uriel Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Domingo Estebano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Alfonso in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Estebano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in HacheAbajo FC's zone, Uriel Mikeldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Estebano came out of the goal and Uriel Mikeldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the game, Sinbosteros's Eloy Laffitte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Estebano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. 94 minutes into the match, Ariel Alfonso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domingo Estebano. HacheAbajo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ariel Alfonso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Sinbosteros made a substitution. Carlos Ospetsu replaced Ariel Alfonso. When the match was over Sinbosteros could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than HacheAbajo FC throughout the match.
