Dario Duarte took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabriel Quirze. Los Potrillos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gabriel Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Man Nejmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Man Nejmann had several of the Los Potrillos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Gabriel Quirze as he didn't even see the shot coming. Gabriel Quirze came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Galaxy's Vicente Chuse. But to his dismay, Vicente Chuse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Man Nejmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baldomiro Hechter made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vicente Chuse immediately put the ball in play. 31 minutes into the match, Carlos Gaitan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gabriel Quirze, 4-0. Gabriel Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Man Nejmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Quirze was a little too slow when Vicente Chuse got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 5-0. After 40 played minutes, Racing Galaxy's Ubaldo Abaunza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gabriel Quirze came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Racing Galaxy reached it. After a rather tough play, Los Potrillos's Jorge Porres got a free kick in the 41st minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Vicente Chuse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Galaxy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Chuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute Vicente Chuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Quirze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Chuse in the 44th minute. Gabriel Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Man Nejmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Quirze was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Man Nejmann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 47 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Fausto Bernaldo made the kick off in the second half. Man Nejmann scored 7-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Quirze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabriel Quirze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Man Nejmann's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Los Potrillos's Gabriel Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Man Nejmann in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Man Nejmann made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Quirze. Los Potrillos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Vicente Chuse took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Quirze. Gabriel Quirze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0.
