Gaudencio Gaxan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Ulises Elixio made a huge save. With a little luck, Bompland AFC's Ulises Elixio got control of the ball when Gaudencio Gaxan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Bompland AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Errando to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bompland AFC booed when Holandita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Gaxan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bompland AFC's zone, Albert Remus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulises Elixio came out of the goal and Albert Remus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Arias in the 23rd minute of play forced Bompland AFC's goalkeeper Ulises Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gaudencio Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Elivareo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulises Elixio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Ulises Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jairo Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gennadiy Repnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Errando in the 46th minute of the match. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
