The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Sixto Avila put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Natalio Karmel. In the 6th minute, Iker Berdaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixto Avilas short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Natalio Karmel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Natalio Karmel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixto Avila went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 13 minutes, Norberto Arotza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corrales and the CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paolo Lizbeth was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of Corrales booed when CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Benedicto Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB's protests and gave Benedicto Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. Benedicto Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Iker Berdaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Lizbeth, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Anacleto Ferran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Paolo Lizbeth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Sixto Avila had several of the Corrales's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Natalio Karmel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Natalio Karmel made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Sixto Avila sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute Paolo Lizbeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Avila came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Natalio Karmel could save by the left post. 44 minutes into the match, CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Victoro came free, but 高棋坤 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Iker Berdaitz made the kick off in the second half. Paolo Lizbeth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sixto Avila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Karmel having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match Ntinos Kantilas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natalio Karmel skillfully saved the ball. Sixto Avila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB booed when Corrales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Ferran didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Corrales getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Anacleto Ferran hit a great ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corrales's goalkeeper Natalio Karmel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CAÑUELAS FUTBOL CLUB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
