Esteban Arnalt scored 0-6 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Natalio Karmel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Natalio Karmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Arnalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Corrales's Natalio Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Arnalt in the 93rd minute of play. When the match was over Club Atlético Racing Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Corrales throughout the match.
