The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Venerando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Jurdan was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yo Soy Tu Padre's goalkeeper Laureano Bizi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Teobaldo Venerando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Jurdan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 23 minutes, Teobaldo Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yo Soy Tu Padre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Venerando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Goldney AFC's Carlos Jurdan got control of the ball when Feliciano Lope tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Carlos Abadie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Jurdan. Carlos Jurdan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Carlos Jurdan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Venerando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Pascual Casomiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goldney AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yo Soy Tu Padre the free kick. Pascual Casomiro hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Teobaldo Venerando got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Teobaldo Venerando sped through Goldney AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Jurdan. Goldney AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carlos Abadie 41 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Carlos Jurdan came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Yo Soy Tu Padre's Feliciano Lope. But to his dismay, Feliciano Lope quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Venerando made a kick off. Carlos Jurdan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Abadie in the 51st minute of the match. Feliciano Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the game, Santos Silviano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laureano Bizi. Santos Silviano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Feliciano Lope got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the game, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Feliciano Lope nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Jurdan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. A collision led to Goldney AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mario Rufo hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the game, Yo Soy Tu Padre's Feliciano Lope nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Jurdan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Feliciano Lope took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Jurdan. Carlos Jurdan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. Yo Soy Tu Padre made a substitution. Florentino Enetz replaced Salvador Sesuldo. Teobaldo Venerando might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Jurdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobaldo Venerando ran back to his position shaking his head.
