The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Vermudo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oscar Iraitz. That made the score 2-0 in the 9 minute of play. Oscar Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Tristan in the 12th minute of play. In the 17th minute Francisco Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, MALUGANI F.C.'s Emilio Bihar made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Iraitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th match minute, DAME TU COSITA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Derwin to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Firmo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcial Firmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Marcial Firmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. DAME TU COSITA's Oscar Iraitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save DAME TU COSITA from getting a goal against them. Oscar Iraitz made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Severo Gaskon sent off a good shot on target. Severo Gaskon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Oscar Iraitz made a huge save. In the 49th minute of the match MALUGANI F.C. got a corner. DAME TU COSITA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Christian Vermudo ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Severo Gaskon at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of DAME TU COSITA. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Vermudo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Anacleto Tristan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MALUGANI F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 71st minute of the match, Francisco Gilesindo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruperto Urtun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Oscar Iraitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Gaskon went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Emilio Bihar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Oscar Iraitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Firmo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Oscar Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Vermudo in the 89th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Severo Gaskon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Iraitz. DAME TU COSITA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Gaskon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 98 minutes into the game, MALUGANI F.C.'s Anacleto Tristan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Iraitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. There was no doubt that MALUGANI F.C. were the better team. MALUGANI F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
