The supporters of Goldney AFC booed when C.A Goleadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Cordarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A Goleadores's Genaro Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Silviano in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Rufo during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Goldney AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Rufo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Goldney AFC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Pascual Casomiro hit a great ball. When Goldney AFC's Santos Silviano in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A Goleadores's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Basilio Argi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 31 played minutes C.A Goleadores got a freekick which was hit by Javier Cordarin. 34 minutes into the match, Basilio Argi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of C.A Goleadores's Genaro Sotil. Genaro Sotil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Basilio Argi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Genaro Sotil. The goal made the score 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 58th minute Basilio Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Santos Silviano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goldney AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Silviano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genaro Sotil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Jurdan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Eneto in the 66th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernan Lehen during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute, Fernan Lehen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goldney AFC's Gerardo Bonadona couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for C.A Goleadores. Fernan Lehen hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Goldney AFC's Basilio Argi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Sotil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in C.A Goleadores fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Goldney AFC. Gerardo Bonadona stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Genaro Sotil. 5-0. In the 85thth minute of the game Santos Silviano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A Goleadores's Genaro Sotil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santos Silviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Genaro Sotil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basilio Argi struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Genaro Sotil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goldney AFC. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Goldney AFC fully deserved thier win.
