Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Calchaca FC's Kadim Ulutay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Calchaca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Toro came free, but Paulo Renato Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Renato Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Toro's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Lisandro Frutos charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Frutos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rufián booed when Calchaca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Frutos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Godfredo Etxekopar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Renato Pirani. Calchaca FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godfredo Etxekopar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rufián's Fabian Timo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Rufián from getting a goal against them. After having played for 18 minutes, Rene Lizbeth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calchaca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Lizbeth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Calchaca FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Kadim Ulutay hit a great ball. Generoso Toro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lisandro Frutos hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Fabian Timo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadim Ulutay in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Rufián got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Garaona. After recieving a nice pass, Calchaca FC's Rene Lizbeth tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Kadim Ulutay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Timo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 28 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Otsando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Paulo Renato Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rufián's Fabian Timo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rufián from getting a goal against them. Generoso Toro took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Renato Pirani. Paulo Renato Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Fabian Timo made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Kadim Ulutay sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Calchaca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Etxekopar came free, but Paulo Renato Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes Rufián got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Paulin. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Generoso Toro sped through Calchaca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paulo Renato Pirani. The Calchaca FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rufián were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Generoso Toro made the kick off in the second half. Paulo Renato Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Otsando in the 51st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Generoso Toro in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Renato Pirani saved Calchaca FC from getting behind. Generoso Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calchaca FC's Kadim Ulutay got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Eduardo Paulin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Generoso Toro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Renato Pirani having to make a save. Generoso Toro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Rufián getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Aquiles Guerrero hit a great ball. Rene Lizbeth struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Fabian Timo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calchaca FC. Gualterio Henrico kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Calchaca FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Botello. Rufián's Lino Jerardo was substituted for Aquiles Guerrero. Jonas Figueroa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Paulo Renato Pirani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 76th minute, Kadim Ulutay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Rufián's Jonas Figueroa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Renato Pirani. Paulo Renato Pirani yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Fabian Timo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Hotz in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Emilio Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Timo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Jonas Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rufián's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Figueroa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
