After 5 minutes of play, Anga FC's Marcelino Arlo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Columbo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10thth minute of the game Gavino Egoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Románticos FC's Hugo Columbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Románticos FC's Hugo Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Arlo in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute Marcelino Arlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislaw Zahemski in the 17th minute of play. Hugo Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Benvido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Balasi during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Románticos FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nicanor Balasi hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Elodio made a kick off. If Gavino Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Románticos FC's Hugo Columbo got control of the ball when Marcelino Arlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Seoirse McJon fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anga FC's protests and gave Seoirse McJon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Románticos FC booed when Anga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seoirse McJon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Marcelino Arlo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Columbo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Gar in the 66th minute of play forced Románticos FC's goalkeeper Hugo Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Behe's late challenge caught a Anga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Behe helped the player get up and apologised. Eriberto Behe kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Anga FC made a substitution. Raimundo Kaiet replaced Gavino Egoi. Hugo Columbo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustaquio Cloyo went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the match, Románticos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Cloyo came free, but Hugo Columbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Románticos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Rayman to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 76 minutes, Andrea Pennetta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrea Pennetta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Lander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seoirse McJon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugo Columbo came out and tried to block the shot, but Seoirse McJon slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Raimundo Kaiet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Columbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seoirse McJon in the 91st minute of the match. Románticos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Seoirse McJon scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Columbo, making the score, 0-11. In the 95th minute, Seoirse McJon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Anga FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
