The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Rocio in the 15th minute of play forced Shortcock F.C.'s goalkeeper Paolo Tximitx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Illan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Shortcock F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Rivas. In the 22nd minute, Dante Sesuldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winners fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 28 minutes into the game, Winners's Leonardo Gervaso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Tximitx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Paolo Tximitx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Sesuldo in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Shortcock F.C.'s Ivan Haitz got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Julian Illan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shortcock F.C.'s Paolo Tximitx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paolo Tximitx was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 44th play minutes Julian Illan shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Paolo Tximitx and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 47th minute, Alvaro Palben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Illan in the 48th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Julian Illan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paolo Tximitx. Shortcock F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Illan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Lano made a kick off. Jonathan Gervaso kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57thth minute of the game Julian Illan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shortcock F.C.'s Paolo Tximitx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 61 played minutes Shortcock F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Haitz. Winners's Julian Illan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The attack was good, but when Julian Illan in the 67th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 70th match minute, Shortcock F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Haitz to maneuver through the defense. Julian Illan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Tximitx having to interfere. Dante Sesuldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Paolo Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dante Sesuldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Shortcock F.C. defense, Julian Illan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Tximitx. The Shortcock F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Tximitx should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Julian Illan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paolo Tximitx was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Julian Illan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Shortcock F.C.'s Paolo Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Illan in the 84th minute of play. Teofilo Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Paolo Tximitx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Julian Illan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Tximitx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Illan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Paolo Tximitx skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 92ndth minute of the game Julian Illan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shortcock F.C.'s Paolo Tximitx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Eriberto Oinatz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Tximitx skillfully saved the ball. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Shortcock F.C.'s goalkeeper Paolo Tximitx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tiburcio Rivas fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shortcock F.C.'s protests and gave Tiburcio Rivas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Shortcock F.C.'s Tiburcio Rivas got a free kick in the 98th minute. When Julian Illan came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Winners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Illan couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Winners left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Shortcock F.C..
