After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Paulino Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Paz Sanford's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Efren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Colon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Efren in the 14th minute of play forced LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Celedonio Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Alexandre Marinho hit a great ball. The referee gave Atlético Paz Sanford a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paulino Efren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Celedonio Colon. 0-3. LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Benigno Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulino Efren took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Colon. Celedonio Colon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Celedonio Colon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Efren in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Atlético Paz Sanford got a corner. LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulino Efren ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Atlético Paz Sanford's corner Paulino Efren fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Celedonio Colon quite easily take care of the ball. Celedonio Colon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Galtero in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Efren in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celedonio Colon saved LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB from getting behind. After having played for 36 minutes, Gabriel-Omar Batistuta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Paz Sanford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel-Omar Batistuta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Atlético Paz Sanford's goalkeeper Ramiro Viator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulino Sugar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Efren in the 38th minute of play forced LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Celedonio Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Celedonio Colon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Batistuta in the 41st minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Nestor Clausen drilling the ball in to score 0-5 behind LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper. In the 46th minute, Ambrosio Raulo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Colon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Efren was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Nestor Clausen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that Gavino Galtero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Celedonio Colon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 65 minutes into the match, LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Galtero came free, but Celedonio Colon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 played minutes Atlético Paz Sanford got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Gigliotti. After a rather tough play, LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Bruno Gaufred got a free kick in the 77th minute. Celedonio Colon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 78th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Paulino Efren. Paulino Efren got in the 78th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Celedonio Colon and thus it was 0-9. 82 minutes into the match, LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Celedonio Colon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Raulo. Paulino Efren succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 83rd playminute. If Paulino Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Colon made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Ambrosio Raulo sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Bello charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Bello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd match minute, Atlético Paz Sanford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Bello to maneuver through the defense. In the 97thth minute of the game Paulino Efren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB's Celedonio Colon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atlético Paz Sanford played a much better game than LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB and deserved their victory. The LOS NINJAS FUTBOL CLUB players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
