Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Tavio in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celestino Urtun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celestino Urtun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Aballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Urtun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Tavio went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Celestino Urtun came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Franzoi's Godofredo Abajas. But to his dismay, Godofredo Abajas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Tavio in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celestino Urtun saved Club Atlético Santos -OFF from getting behind. The supporters of C.A.Franzoi booed when Club Atlético Santos -OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Gonzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Walme in the 20th minute of play forced Club Atlético Santos -OFF's goalkeeper Celestino Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Godofredo Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Franzoi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godofredo Abajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Club Atlético Santos -OFF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celestino Urtun should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute Godofredo Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Urtun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celestino Urtun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The wind increased when Santiago Sauveur made the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Tavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Urtun having to interfere. If Artemio Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Godofredo Abajas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Celestino Urtun. The goal made the score 0-8. If Artemio Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Santos -OFF's Celestino Urtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Tavio in the 65th minute of play. Artemio Walme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celestino Urtun having to make a save. When Aureliano Ortzi fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Santos -OFF's protests and gave Aureliano Ortzi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Franzoi booed when Club Atlético Santos -OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Ortzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 74th minute of the match Aureliano Ortzi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aureliano Ortzi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Celestino Urtun made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Desiderio Aballe sent off a good shot on target. Artemio Walme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Desiderio Aballe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Celestino Urtun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Eron in the 94th minute of play forced Club Atlético Santos -OFF's goalkeeper Celestino Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Santos -OFF's Celestino Urtun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Santos -OFF from getting a goal against them. When the match was over C.A.Franzoi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Santos -OFF throughout the match.
