Benjamin Txeru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Nicholas having to make a save. A collision led to Benard getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jonathan Berto hit a great ball. Eustaquio Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Orzaize, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Lipeo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Efrain Senio in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Txeru in the 71st minute of play forced Benard's goalkeeper Eustaquio Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Aquiles Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Figueroa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match Benard got a corner. Lipeo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amador Norino ran over to the corner to take the kick. Emanuel Gasteiz took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Figueroa. Zeledon Figueroa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 81 minutes into the match, Lipeo's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Locaio came free, but Zeledon Figueroa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lipeo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amador Norino was slow to take the kick. During this time Benard's players had a chance to rest. In the 85th minute, Emanuel Gasteiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Benard's goalkeeper Eustaquio Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Goito. In the 87th minute of the match Lipeo got a corner. Benard's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Efrain Senio ran over to the corner to take the kick.
