Donnell Griggs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Patrik Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Sjöberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donnell Griggs's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Sixten Stigsson's late challenge caught a UltraMillonarios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sixten Stigsson helped the player get up and apologised. Sixten Stigsson kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Rey Maradona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Sjöberg having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Renan Marinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UltraMillonarios fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. UltraMillonarios's Donnell Griggs got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredo Di Stefano hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Codrin Achifoaiei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donnell Griggs made a kick off. Donnell Griggs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Sjöberg having to interfere. Rey Maradona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patrik Sjöberg having to make a save. Lobo Norte's Patrik Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rey Maradona in the 56th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Sixten Stigsson put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mario Txindoki. Thanks to some nice moves Donnell Griggs could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Patrik Sjöberg however easily saved by the left post. Ma Feng Sheng's late challenge caught a Lobo Norte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ma Feng Sheng helped the player get up and apologised. Ma Feng Sheng hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The Lobo Norte fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Lobo Norte's Sixten Stigsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lobo Norte's Patrik Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rey Maradona in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Lorenzo Columbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rey Maradona received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Patrik Sjöberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Rey Maradona slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 80th minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Lorenzo Columbo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobo Norte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Columbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 played minutes Lobo Norte got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Di Stefano. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
