Cristian Urti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Plucinik, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A nice corner shot did that Raimundo Corderro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcial Loramendi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Marcial Loramendi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartosz Plucinik in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Urti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute Los Gauchos de Boedo were awarded a corner. Rene Quinton went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Rene Quinton almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but El Azulgrana's Cristian Urti did a great save. In the 23rd match minute, El Azulgrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Elorri to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Iturri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 25 played minutes Los Gauchos de Boedo got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Tabb. Marcial Loramendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ijaz Putāns, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bartosz Plucinik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cristian Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Ijaz Putāns reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcial Loramendi. The goal made the score 1-0. Matias Ieltxu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, one of El Azulgrana:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 37th minute, Rene Quinton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Gauchos de Boedo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 40th minute, Mauro Maurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Los Gauchos de Boedo got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Abar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bartosz Plucinik made a kick off. Arsenio Urtsin hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Celestino Elorri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Loramendi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Tobiasz Ewertowski charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobiasz Ewertowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristian Urti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Flavio Iturri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Cristian Urti made a huge save. Los Gauchos de Boedo's Marcial Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ijaz Putāns in the 66th minute of play. When El Azulgrana's Ijaz Putāns, in the 66th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for El Azulgrana. The corner ended in Rene Quinton almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but El Azulgrana's Cristian Urti did a great save. After a rather tough play, Los Gauchos de Boedo's Mauro Maurin got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Los Gauchos de Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Franco came free, but Marcial Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 minutes, Vinicio Franco made it 4-3 with a short kick to the right side. Los Gauchos de Boedo's Marcial Loramendi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcial Loramendi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ijaz Putāns went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. Marcial Loramendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Franco in the 94th minute of the match. Los Gauchos de Boedo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
