An unnecessary self made goal, 1-1 in the 20th minute. Ariel Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Leizarraga in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. After 25 minutes, Armando Leizarraga made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Victoria's Ariel Urbasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute Freddy Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Abajas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Proson FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Elpidio Koldobika hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Victoria's Celestino Azubeli got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 37 played minutes Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Azubeli. 39 minutes into the game, Armando Leizarraga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ariel Urbasa. Armando Leizarraga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 45th minute, Proson FC's Natalio Nofre dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddy Reyes to make the kick off. Proson FC's Tomás Quintun got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Leizarraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ariel Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Leizarraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natalio Nofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Urbasa having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Armando Leizarraga put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ariel Urbasa. 74 minutes into the game, Victoria's Braulio Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Abajas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Freddy Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victoria's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Reyes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Abajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Leizarraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Armando Leizarraga sped through Victoria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ariel Urbasa. After a defensive mix-up in Victoria's zone, Tomás Quintun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Urbasa came out of the goal and Tomás Quintun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Aires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braulio Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Abajas having to interfere. There was no doubt that Proson FC were the better team. Proson FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
