The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Isidro Urtats notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Victoria's Ariel Urbasa. Ariel Urbasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ildefonso Ponga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Urbasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Nereo Evangelista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Reyes in the 91st minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Victoria reached it.
