Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Silverio Monico came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Metapalo FC's Gaudencio Hartz. But to his dismay, Gaudencio Hartz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gaudencio Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Monico having to interfere. Mariano Pavone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Gaudencio Hartz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Monico was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Silverio Monico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Pavone's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 14 minutes, Mariano Pavone made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Los Fantasmas Jr defense, Mariano Pavone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Monico. The Los Fantasmas Jr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Monico should have stopped the shot. Mariano Pavone might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silverio Monico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Pavone ran back to his position shaking his head. 25 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Hartz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Silverio Monico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Lopes during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Metapalo FC's Mariano Pavone got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaudencio Hartz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Hartz in the 32nd minute of play. Mariano Pavone took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silverio Monico. Silverio Monico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Gaudencio Hartz struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Silverio Monico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Metapalo FC. Mariano Pavone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silverio Monico having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Gaudencio Hartz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metapalo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Hartz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Pavone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Monico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaudencio Hartz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariano Pavone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Monico having to interfere. If Gaudencio Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Thedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Metapalo FC's Mariano Pavone in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Fantasmas Jr's goalie prevented a goal. Metapalo FC were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Los Fantasmas Jr's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pablo Marmol took the corner. Arsenio Loramendi was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ronaldinho Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Silverio Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ronaldinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metapalo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldinho Hoffmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mariano Pavone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Pavone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Silverio Monico made a huge save. In the 81st minute, one of Los Fantasmas Jr:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Fantasmas Jr. Mariano Pavone made a great header on Metapalo FC's corner, it was just that Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico managed to reach the ball for a save. Ronaldinho Hoffmann's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Silverio Monico firmly grabbed it by the left post. 90 minutes into the match, Mariano Pavone notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico. Silverio Monico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Metapalo FC's Mariano Pavone was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 94th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Metapalo FC's Mariano Pavone in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Fantasmas Jr's goalie prevented a goal.
