Racing Club de MDQ's Inocencio Firme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club de MDQ from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the match, Racing Club de MDQ's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Orlin came free, but Inocencio Firme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Atarrabi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 25th playminute. Inocencio Firme was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Herminio Benat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Herminio Benat really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 34 minutes into the game, La Guardia Imperial's Vinicio Orlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocencio Firme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 39th minute, La Guardia Imperial's Eduard Lavrenev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Inocencio Firme. Inocencio Firme yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. In the 46th minute Herminio Benat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zeledon Atarrabi made a kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Vinicio Orlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Guardia Imperial's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Orlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Vinicio Orlin managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Guardia Imperial's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Orlin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inocencio Firme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeledon Atarrabi took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inocencio Firme. Inocencio Firme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Inocencio Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Orlin in the 66th minute of the match. Inocencio Firme came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by La Guardia Imperial's Zeledon Atarrabi. But to his dismay, Zeledon Atarrabi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Zeledon Atarrabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Guardia Imperial's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Atarrabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inocencio Firme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the game, La Guardia Imperial's Zeledon Atarrabi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocencio Firme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. After some careless play in the Racing Club de MDQ defense, Vinicio Orlin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inocencio Firme. The Racing Club de MDQ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inocencio Firme should have stopped the shot. Inocencio Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Orlin in the 85th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Zeledon Atarrabi notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Racing Club de MDQ's Inocencio Firme. Inocencio Firme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. La Guardia Imperial's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
