The Proson FC fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Proson FC's Armando Leizarraga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 17th minute, Proson FC's Armando Leizarraga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silverio Monico. Silverio Monico yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 20th minute, Natalio Nofre made a precise shot to the right of Silverio Monico. Los Fantasmas Jr's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Santos Brion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Rosio in the 25th minute of play forced Proson FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Abajas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Armando Leizarraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Armando Leizarraga came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Proson FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Leizarraga couldn't finish the play. After 39 played minutes Los Fantasmas Jr got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Lopes. Los Fantasmas Jr's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Teodosio De Silva scored to the left of an out of position Silverio Monico, making the score, 5-0. Silverio Monico came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Proson FC's Armando Leizarraga. But to his dismay, Armando Leizarraga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Rosio made a kick off. Silverio Monico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Leizarraga in the 55th minute of play. Patricio Montrelle hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Proson FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Los Fantasmas Jr's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomás Quintun took the corner. Silverio Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Leizarraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio De Silva in the 62nd minute of play. Patricio Montrelle hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After 65 played minutes, Proson FC's Tomás Quintun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silverio Monico came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Proson FC reached it. After 66 minutes, Armando Leizarraga made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Los Fantasmas Jr's Silverio Monico tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Armando Leizarraga sped through Los Fantasmas Jr's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silverio Monico. When Proson FC's Armando Leizarraga in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Fantasmas Jr's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Fantasmas Jr's zone, Elpidio Koldobika stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Monico came out of the goal and Elpidio Koldobika tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silverio Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Leizarraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Armando Leizarraga put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Silverio Monico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Leizarraga in the 92nd minute of play forced Los Fantasmas Jr's goalkeeper Silverio Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Proson FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
