Generoso Rudolfo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgilio Elodio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Blanco in the 69th minute of play forced Lucian-aCme's goalkeeper Virgilio Elodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match, Guto Jorge tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Virgilio Elodio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Virgilio Elodio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Lucian-aCme getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jeronimo Mon hit a great ball. Generoso Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Elodio having to interfere. Isidro Millano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Virgilio Elodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over La Palmira F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lucian-aCme throughout the match.
