Without hesitation aimed to the right of Narciso Mateus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Muñeco FC's goalie and right to Laurence Sheppard. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Muñeco FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 65 minutes of play, Navarro AFC's Laurence Sheppard made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tyrone Summerfield was left in no man's land by his defense there! Narciso Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Lander in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Lucio Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Mateus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Teodoro Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tyrone Summerfield took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Otoniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Lander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narciso Mateus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play.
