Spectators: 7627 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 152) Gutemberg's Gavino Filipo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gavino Filipo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavino Filipo in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Xabier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 10thth minute of the game Gavino Filipo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SOUTH THUNDER's Sebastian Xabier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gavino Filipo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Sebastian Xabier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Gavino Filipo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amado Piorno fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gutemberg's protests and gave Amado Piorno a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gutemberg getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Amado Piorno hit a great ball. Jeronimo Errapel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SOUTH THUNDER's Bonifacio Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeronimo Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Iwo Niemoj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gutemberg's Gavino Filipo in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SOUTH THUNDER's goalie prevented a goal. SOUTH THUNDER's Bonifacio Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bonifacio Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Niemoj having to interfere. Gutemberg's Iwo Niemoj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Errapel in the 37th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Gavino Filipo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Gutemberg's Vinicio Bibiano got a free kick in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeronimo Errapel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Boniel during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Amado Piorno made in the 56th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Roberto Nastasio however managed to control. The crowd rose to their feet as SOUTH THUNDER's Bonifacio Arias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iwo Niemoj. That made the score 1-1 after 59 minutes of play. Jeronimo Errapel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iwo Niemoj firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bonifacio Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Gutemberg defense, Conrado Emesto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwo Niemoj. The Gutemberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwo Niemoj should have stopped the shot. Jeronimo Errapel in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iwo Niemoj, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Filipo in the 75th minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gavino Filipo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Xabier was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Jeronimo Errapel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gutemberg's Conrado Pere suffered a concussion after 80 minutes and had to leave the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gutemberg's zone, Jeronimo Errapel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Niemoj came out of the goal and Jeronimo Errapel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeronimo Errapel's late challenge caught a Gutemberg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Errapel helped the player get up and apologised. Gutemberg's Luis Constancio was substituted for Conrado Pere. Jeronimo Errapel hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gutemberg's goalkeeper Iwo Niemoj, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iwo Niemoj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bonifacio Arias went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the game, Augusto Procopio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Iwo Niemoj was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwo Niemoj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Gutemberg fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SOUTH THUNDER were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
