Spectators: 7541 (Terracing: 5657, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) Vendetta FC's Reynaldo Felipillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jeronimo Errapel succeeded in the game's 4th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Rodolfo Dolfo was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Jeronimo Errapel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jeronimo Errapel really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Jeronimo Errapel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodolfo Dolfo came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeronimo Errapel slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 11th minute. Sebastian Xabier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Felipillo went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feliciano Elequemedo during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute Jeronimo Errapel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Dolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Van Field's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rodolfo Dolfo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rodolfo Dolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. Reynaldo Felipillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Xabier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-1. Rodolfo Dolfo was a little too slow when Jeronimo Errapel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 7-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-1 at half-time.

Van Field took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Dolfo. Rodolfo Dolfo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. If Reynaldo Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the game, SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodolfo Dolfo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Laurgain during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Vendetta FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Francisco Laurgain hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Van Field had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Dolfo. Vendetta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Van Field was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-1. After some careless play in the Vendetta FC defense, Jeronimo Errapel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Dolfo. The Vendetta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Dolfo should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Errapel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Dolfo. Vendetta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Errapel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Berto in the 82nd minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Sebastian Xabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Vendetta FC defense, Van Field kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Dolfo. The Vendetta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Dolfo should have stopped the shot. Rodolfo Dolfo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Van Field's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the game, SOUTH THUNDER's Jeronimo Errapel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodolfo Dolfo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-1. When the referee ended the match the SOUTH THUNDER players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
