Apolo Giraldo came out of the goal and Cayetano Oihan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. San Boedo CASLA's Apolo Giraldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save San Boedo CASLA from getting a goal against them. When Claudio Bakar fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Boedo CASLA's protests and gave Claudio Bakar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to San Boedo CASLA getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Claudio Bakar hit a great ball. Ismael Sauveur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Federico Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Giraldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Kemen in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Ferrocarril Este's Alfonso Alfonso got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Balendin in the 90th minute of play forced Ferrocarril Este's goalkeeper Federico Firme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Oto kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Amancio Blanco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Firme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. San Boedo CASLA had won after a very even match.
