The supporters of Dúrham booed when Ferrocarril Escocia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Firmin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Agustin Bordat came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ferrocarril Escocia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Bordat couldn't finish the play. After having played for 64 minutes, Constantino Daunte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferrocarril Escocia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Daunte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Generoso Guzman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Horacio Estefan made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Dúrham's goalkeeper Horacio Estefan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Constantino Daunte. Eugenio Fidencio made in the 75th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Constantino Daunte however managed to control. Dúrham's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Constantino Daunte 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. If Constantino Daunte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Tomás Eron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 minutes of play, Ferrocarril Escocia's Constantino Daunte made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horacio Estefan was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ferrocarril Escocia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
