Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ildefonso Jakue took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute, Mauricio Cordaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froilan Aimar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Larpe made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Ferrocarril Escocia's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Castulo came free, but Ciriaco Larpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes Ferrocarril Escocia got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Bordat. Ciriaco Larpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Jakue in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Messias booed when Ferrocarril Escocia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Bordat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Froilan Aimar notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ferrocarril Escocia's Ciriaco Larpe. Ciriaco Larpe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciriaco Larpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Jakue in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Messias's zone, Constantino Daunte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Pancho came out of the goal and Constantino Daunte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Mauricio Cordaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferrocarril Escocia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Cordaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ildefonso Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot. Messias's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Jakue was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Larpe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute Melchor Castulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Larpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Ferrocarril Escocia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Bordat to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Iratze kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Fernando Mendez took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ciriaco Larpe to make any attempt to save it. Ciriaco Larpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Castulo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ferrocarril Escocia getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Generoso Guzman hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Daunte made a kick off. After some careless play in the Ferrocarril Escocia defense, Froilan Aimar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Larpe. The Ferrocarril Escocia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Larpe should have stopped the shot. After 62 played minutes Messias got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Loren. Ferrocarril Escocia's Ciriaco Larpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Jakue in the 65th minute of play. Ferrocarril Escocia's Generoso Guzman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fernando Mendez in the 67 minute of the game. Ciriaco Larpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Jakue in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Aimar in the 70th minute of play forced Ferrocarril Escocia's goalkeeper Ciriaco Larpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferrocarril Escocia's Agustin Bordat got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Messias's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mauricio Cordaro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Froilan Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Melchor Castulo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Larpe. Ferrocarril Escocia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melchor Castulo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Ciriaco Larpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Aimar in the 80th minute of the match. Ciriaco Larpe came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Messias's Rodolfo Felipillo. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Felipillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Melchor Castulo took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Larpe. Ciriaco Larpe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantino Daunte got free with Sergio Pancho in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rdth minute of the game Ildefonso Jakue who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferrocarril Escocia's Ciriaco Larpe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciriaco Larpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Castulo in the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Rodolfo Felipillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Messias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Felipillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Messias's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
