David Bautista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Tabby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Modesto Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Zacarias Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Bazil made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Fausto Eriz sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the match, Modesto Berto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Santio. Naipe AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Modesto Berto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Berto in the 37th minute of play forced Naipe AFC's goalkeeper Zacarias Santio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amado Santikurtz during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 44 minutes into the match, Fausto Eriz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Bazil. Sei Tu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fausto Eriz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 47 played minutes Naipe AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Chepe.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modesto Berto to make the kick off. If Rogelio Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Modesto Berto made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Naipe AFC's Zacarias Santio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 61 minutes, Francisco Procopio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naipe AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Procopio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogelio Bazil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Tabby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Modesto Berto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Naipe AFC's zone, Modesto Berto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Santio came out of the goal and Modesto Berto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, Mariano Tabby cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Rogelio Bazil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Modesto Berto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Naipe AFC could leave the field as winners, despite Sei Tu FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
