Amadeo Ilixo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray's Teodoro Bento. But to his dismay, Teodoro Bento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th minute Victorino Txaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Ilixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Oalo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in 1039 Manchester F.C.'s zone, Victorino Txaran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Ilixo came out of the goal and Victorino Txaran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when 1039 Manchester F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Tansel Refah came free, but Bogumil Kempka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Txaran came free, but Amadeo Ilixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Galatasaray's Victorino Txaran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amadeo Ilixo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Txaran in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Ilixo saved 1039 Manchester F.C. from getting behind. David Cheche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Bogumil Kempka made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Victorino Txaran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo Ilixo. 1039 Manchester F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Txaran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Bento came free, but Amadeo Ilixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Galatasaray getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Luis Quinten hit a great ball. In the 43rd match minute, 1039 Manchester F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tansel Refah to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tansel Refah was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goalkeeper Amadeo Ilixo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Bento. In the 60th minute of the match, Victorino Txaran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amadeo Ilixo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Txaran in the 62nd minute of play forced 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goalkeeper Amadeo Ilixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tansel Refah came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the 1039 Manchester F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tansel Refah couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Zacarias Oalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1039 Manchester F.C.'s Amadeo Ilixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Quinten in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Txaran in the 77th minute of play forced 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goalkeeper Amadeo Ilixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Claude's late challenge caught a Galatasaray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Claude helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, 1039 Manchester F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Claude to maneuver through the defense. Amadeo Ilixo made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Teodoro Bento sent off a good shot on target. When Galatasaray's Victorino Txaran in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Tansel Refah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogumil Kempka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tansel Refah went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the match, 1039 Manchester F.C.'s goalkeeper Amadeo Ilixo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Bento. Teodoro Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Ilixo having to interfere. Teodoro Bento might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo Ilixo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodoro Bento ran back to his position shaking his head.
