Spectators: 7488 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Erdiano started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Sonny Mathis put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gonzalo Pedroso. In the 16th minute Anacleto Eguen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Tajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angastaco AFC's Leon Tajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talat Başdemir in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Anacleto Eguen made a precise shot to the right of Leon Tajo. Angastaco AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 29 minutes into the game, DEPORTIVO CHINCHI's Daniel Erdiano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leon Tajo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benno Volberg in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzalo Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leon Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Eguen in the 35th minute of play. In the 35th minute Daniel Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Tajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Eguen took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leon Tajo. Leon Tajo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The throw-in from Ramiro Videl in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Angastaco AFC's Hector Shepherd. When Benno Volberg came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Angastaco AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benno Volberg couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benno Volberg to strike the kick off in the second half. When Daniel Erdiano came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the DEPORTIVO CHINCHI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Erdiano couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute Damaso Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Tajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Tajo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anacleto Eguen in the 60th minute. DEPORTIVO CHINCHI's Gonzalo Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sonny Mathis in the 61st minute of play. Leon Tajo made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Talat Başdemir sent off a good shot on target. Leon Tajo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anacleto Eguen went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Leon Tajo was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Daniel Erdiano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Erdiano really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Talat Başdemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Leon Tajo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Tajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Videl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benno Volberg in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonzalo Pedroso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, Angastaco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Eguen came free, but Leon Tajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Talat Başdemir in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Tajo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Anacleto Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot. DEPORTIVO CHINCHI's supporters rose to their feet, but Anacleto Eguen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Tajo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. DEPORTIVO CHINCHI played a much better game than Angastaco AFC and deserved their victory. The Angastaco AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
