Gonzalo Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Osoitz in the 21st minute of the match. Jose Atauri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Pedroso having to interfere. With a little luck, DEPORTIVO CHINCHI's Gonzalo Pedroso got control of the ball when Jose Atauri tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Tolosa getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Segundo Frutos hit a great ball. Daniel Erdiano scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidoro Cerilo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Jose Atauri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tolosa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Daniel Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Isidoro Cerilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DEPORTIVO CHINCHI. Talat Başdemir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isidoro Cerilo having to make a save. The Tolosa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. DEPORTIVO CHINCHI were winning 1-2.

Hilario Loren kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DEPORTIVO CHINCHI's Damaso Munio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 56 played minutes DEPORTIVO CHINCHI got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Loren. Gonzalo Pedroso came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Tolosa's Jose Atauri. But to his dismay, Jose Atauri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 61st minute, Ramiro Videl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 62 minutes, Roque Osoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tolosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Osoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, Jose Atauri made a precise shot to the right of Gonzalo Pedroso. DEPORTIVO CHINCHI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 78th match minute, DEPORTIVO CHINCHI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Munio to maneuver through the defense. Gonzalo Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Osoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Baldomero Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Cerilo having to interfere. Daniel Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Isidoro Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes DEPORTIVO CHINCHI got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Munio. In the 96th minute Daniel Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Cerilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the DEPORTIVO CHINCHI players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tolosa.
