Aristides Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Misael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Urtungo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Fergani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Filomeno Cristos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aristides Raymon. That made the score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. After 21 minutes of play, CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's Efrain Medero made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rachid Fergani was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute Eugenio Urtungo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Fergani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's Nunez Chano got a free kick in the 26th minute. Filomeno Cristos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Aristides Raymon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Misael came free, but Aristides Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's Aristides Raymon got control of the ball when Silverio Brun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Perico's zone, Eugenio Urtungo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rachid Fergani came out of the goal and Eugenio Urtungo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Filomeno Cristos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Misael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Perico were awarded a corner. Hipolito Misael went to the cornerflag to take it. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugenio Urtungo to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Filomeno Cristos notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's Aristides Raymon. Aristides Raymon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ermegildo Bertin's late challenge caught a Perico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ermegildo Bertin helped the player get up and apologised. Ermegildo Bertin kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Perico's Rachid Fergani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Medero in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute Silverio Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Raymon came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Perico's Hipolito Misael. But to his dismay, Hipolito Misael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When Filomeno Cristos came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Perico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Cristos couldn't finish the play. The supporters of CONGRESOFIDEOF.C booed when Perico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Medero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rachid Fergani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filomeno Cristos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlando Hotz kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Filomeno Cristos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Cristos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nunez Chano charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nunez Chano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CONGRESOFIDEOF.C getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Nunez Chano hit a great ball. Aristides Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Cristos, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rachid Fergani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Urtungo in the 95th minute. CONGRESOFIDEOF.C's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Perico had won, even though CONGRESOFIDEOF.C had held more of the ball.
