Angelino Cheche started the match with the kick off. Siganme si Pueden's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Leonardo Gentza scored to the left of an out of position Teodoro Raitin, making the score, 1-0. Leonardo Gentza struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Teodoro Raitin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corsarios del Sur. In the 11th minute, Nemesio Herena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Siganme si Pueden's Teodoro Raitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Godeanu in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Siganme si Pueden's goalkeeper Teodoro Raitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urban Tunberg. Casimiro Vachon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Cheche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 19 minutes, Vasile Godeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corsarios del Sur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vasile Godeanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urban Tunberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodoro Raitin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute Corsarios del Sur were awarded a corner. Marco Lluciano went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 24th minute, Corsarios del Sur's Urban Tunberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teodoro Raitin. Teodoro Raitin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Urban Tunberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Teodoro Raitin made a huge save. Teodoro Raitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunner Lewerckhusen in the 32nd minute of the match. Siganme si Pueden's Teodoro Raitin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Siganme si Pueden from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vasile Godeanu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Raitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Alfredo Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vasile Godeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Teodoro Raitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Siganme si Pueden's Teodoro Raitin got control of the ball when Urban Tunberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urban Tunberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Gunner Lewerckhusen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corsarios del Sur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Vasile Godeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Raitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunner Lewerckhusen, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Manga Faso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Raitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nemesio Herena fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Siganme si Pueden's protests and gave Nemesio Herena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Corsarios del Sur booed when Siganme si Pueden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Herena didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Corsarios del Sur's Gunner Lewerckhusen in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Siganme si Pueden's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64th minute Corsarios del Sur were awarded a corner. Marco Lluciano went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Gunner Lewerckhusen managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When Leonardo Gentza came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Corsarios del Sur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Gentza couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Siganme si Pueden's goalkeeper Teodoro Raitin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play, Corsarios del Sur's Urban Tunberg made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Raitin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Corsarios del Sur booed when Siganme si Pueden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Marko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santos Sergi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gunner Lewerckhusen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Santos Sergi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corsarios del Sur's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Sergi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Raitin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Siganme si Pueden's zone, Santos Sergi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Raitin came out of the goal and Santos Sergi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute Alfredo Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Raitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Raitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Tunberg in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Corsarios del Sur were awarded a corner. Marco Lluciano went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Marco Lluciano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Teodoro Raitin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leonardo Gentza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Raitin having to interfere. There was no doubt that Corsarios del Sur were the better team. Corsarios del Sur's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
