Spectators: 7221 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 120) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonas Montrell kicked off to start the match. Leonardo Telo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Candelaria's Delmiro Gaztea. But to his dismay, Delmiro Gaztea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Leonardo Telo came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Candelaria's Johannes de Jong. But to his dismay, Johannes de Jong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Leonardo Telo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes de Jong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmar Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Montrell in the 16th minute of play. Marcos Lucero charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Lucero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Candelaria getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marcos Lucero hit a great ball. Delmar Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Poz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Gaztea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Sergio Argi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Telo. Petronila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Argi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Barros came free, but Delmar Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Gaztea in the 37th minute of play. Damian Min's late challenge caught a Candelaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Min helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Petronila getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Damian Min hit a great ball. When Sergio Argi came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Candelaria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Argi couldn't finish the play. Delmar Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Min, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 43 minutes into the game, when Fidel Kepa put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Petronila:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Candelaria:s goal. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Candelaria. Delmiro Gaztea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leonardo Telo. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmiro Gaztea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Johannes de Jong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Telo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delmiro Gaztea's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Delmar Rencio made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Patricio Poz sent off a good shot on target. Teodosio Jerold hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Delmiro Gaztea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candelaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Gaztea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honorato Manny shot from long distance in the 66th minute, but Delmar Rencio was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Sergio Argi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Poz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Delmar Rencio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Delmiro Gaztea got in the 76th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Leonardo Telo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Delmiro Gaztea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Leonardo Telo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Delmar Rencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Barros in the 83rd minute. Patricio Poz struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Delmar Rencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petronila. Leonardo Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes de Jong in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Marcos Lucero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96thth minute of the game Delmiro Gaztea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Petronila's Leonardo Telo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Candelaria's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
