Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Casado to strike the kick off in the second half. Academia Rosarina FC's Ubaldo Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Kemen in the 52nd minute of play. Maximo Gaitano made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Nicanor Casado sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Nicanor Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nicanor Casado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Rosarina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Casado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Gaitano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Freddy Cordairo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Gaitano having to interfere. If Matias Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Milian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Deportivo Sarandi OFF's Maximo Gaitano got control of the ball when Nicanor Casado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Academia Rosarina FC's Nicanor Casado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximo Gaitano. That made the score 0-8 after 91 minutes of play. Fermin Joanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Academia Rosarina FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
