Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Camilo Basualdo kicked off to start the match. Everardo Lesardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sven-Olof Hellström. Leones FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A hard shot by Camilo Basualdo from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Dalmacio Ofelio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Leones FC fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Leones FC's Camilo Basualdo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Bernardo Bastian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th match minute, Capilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Bastian to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute Ulises Asteri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Ofelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Frechoso in the 14th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leones FC's Camilo Basualdo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Leones FC's Sven-Olof Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Urbes in the 21st minute of play. Angelo Matei's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dalmacio Ofelio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Abelardo Furtado hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Capilla getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Benito Isauro hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Andres Urbes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Matei's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Dalmacio Ofelio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The attack was good, but when Abelardo Furtado in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 38th minute, Bernardo Bastian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Olof Hellström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dalmacio Ofelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Matei in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Bernardo Bastian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Matei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Ofelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Bastian to make the kick off. Sven-Olof Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Bastian, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Bastian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sven-Olof Hellström. That made the score 2-3 in the 58 minute of play. Leones FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bernardo Bastian 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-4. 66 minutes into the match, Capilla's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Matei came free, but Dalmacio Ofelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Hellström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Urbes. If Angelo Matei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Epifanio Llorian during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Capilla fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Leones FC's Angelo Matei got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leones FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Bernardo Bastian scored to the left of an out of position Sven-Olof Hellström, making the score, 3-5. 86 minutes into the game, Andres Urbes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-6. Sven-Olof Hellström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Bastian came free, but Sven-Olof Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match, Bernardo Bastian tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sven-Olof Hellström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sven-Olof Hellström was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Hilario Frechoso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hilario Frechoso really showed his touch with that goal: 3-7. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Capilla had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
