Aquiles Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Urbes, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Capilla's Dalmacio Ofelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Telesforo in the 13th minute of play. Pawel Zarzeckis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Ofelio having to interfere. Aquiles Lapurdi came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Capilla's Hilario Frechoso. But to his dismay, Hilario Frechoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bernardo Bastian scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquiles Lapurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aquiles Lapurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Bastian in the 26th minute of play. Fulgencio Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Hilario Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Frechoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Lapurdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Urbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquiles Lapurdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Urbes ran back to his position shaking his head. Abelardo Furtado scored 0-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquiles Lapurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dominico F.C. were furious when Jeronimo Ondino was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Dominico F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Capilla:s goal. Dominico F.C.:s Aquiles Lapurdi showed great skill when he stopped Arsenio Osoro:s penalty. Arsenio Osoro did an outstanding performance 40 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-4 to the right of an irritated Aquiles Lapurdi in the goal. In the 43rd minute Andres Urbes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Lapurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Lapurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Bastian in the 46th minute of play. The Dominico F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Capilla were winning 0-4.

With a little luck, Dominico F.C.'s Aquiles Lapurdi got control of the ball when Andres Urbes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aquiles Lapurdi made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Andres Urbes sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Urbes in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Lapurdi saved Dominico F.C. from getting behind. The supporters of Capilla booed when Dominico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Urbes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Aquiles Lapurdi made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Capilla walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
