Alberdi FC's Alonzo Firme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Xabat in the 11th minute of play. Placido Xabat scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alonzo Firme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaudencio Corderall struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Alonzo Firme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Claypol Fobal Clu. When Placido Xabat came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Claypol Fobal Clu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Xabat couldn't finish the play. Alonzo Firme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Corderall in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Eusebio Bonadona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alberdi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claypol Fobal Clu the free kick. Alonzo Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Corderall, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Gaudencio Corderall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Guipuzkoa took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonzo Firme. Alonzo Firme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The Alberdi FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Claypol Fobal Clu were winning 0-3.
Claypol Fobal Clu's Donato Quinto was substituted for Amadeo Guipuzkoa. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavino Bermudo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Corderall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. But to his dismay, Placido Xabat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. With an all-out effort, Claypol Fobal Clu's Alonzo Firme threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Placido Xabat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 68th minute Gaudencio Corderall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
