In the 20th minute, Julio Gonsalvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Cecilio Benvide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Farid Mondragon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Farid Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Benvide in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Lucas-David Min Jou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hack Hounds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rocco FC the free kick. In the 29th match minute, Hack Hounds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas-David Min Jou to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Lizer in the 30th minute of play forced Hack Hounds's goalkeeper Farid Mondragon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 33rd minute of the match Lucas-David Min Jou completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lucas-David Min Jou a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 33rd minute, one of Hack Hounds:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hack Hounds. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Rocco FC. Gualterio Peruanton stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Farid Mondragon. 0-2. Farid Mondragon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cecilio Benvide went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnaldo Lizer was the one to do the kick off. Arnaldo Lizer in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Farid Mondragon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Garry Torpey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Cesaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garry Torpey's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Arnaldo Lizer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Farid Mondragon made a huge save. Garry Torpey struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Robustiano Cesaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hack Hounds. Rocco FC's Robustiano Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garry Torpey in the 67th minute of play. Garry Torpey might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Cesaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Garry Torpey ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garry Torpey in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The supporters of Rocco FC booed when Hack Hounds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Hulberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cecilio Benvide took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Farid Mondragon. Farid Mondragon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 80th minute, Julio Gonsalvo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Hack Hounds's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Lizer came free, but Farid Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rocco FC's Gualterio Peruanton got a free kick in the 89th minute. Garry Torpey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Cesaro having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Gaudencio Aguirre made a precise shot to the right of Robustiano Cesaro. Rocco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Rocco FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
