In the 11th minute La Moronera were awarded a corner. Dionisio Eufrasio went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 12th minute, Manuel Menendo made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Talló. Super Massi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Rodolfo Lorien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Talló having to interfere. Themis Korakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Distiratsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Zinachukwudi Lele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, La Moronera's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Distiratsu came free, but Themis Korakakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Themis Korakakis came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Super Massi's Edgard Distiratsu. But to his dismay, Edgard Distiratsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 27 played minutes Super Massi got a freekick which was hit by Efe İğdemir. Eustacio Fidensio spun around in front of the goal 31 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Super Massi's goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Moronera's goalkeeper Themis Korakakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the La Moronera defense, Edgard Distiratsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Themis Korakakis. The La Moronera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Themis Korakakis should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute, Manuel Menendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Moronera's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Severiano Pirro was slow to take the kick. During this time Super Massi's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Super Massi's Severiano Pirro to fire away a dangerous shot which Themis Korakakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustacio Fidensio made a kick off. Ildefonso Piarres's late challenge caught a Super Massi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildefonso Piarres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 50th match minute, La Moronera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Piarres to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Girotti in the 55th minute of play forced La Moronera's goalkeeper Themis Korakakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to La Moronera getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Manuel Menendo hit a great ball. When Super Massi's Federico Girotti in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Federico Girotti came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Super Massi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Girotti couldn't finish the play. Super Massi's Modesto Vito was substituted for Federico Girotti. Themis Korakakis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Severiano Pirro. Super Massi's Oscar Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Lorien in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Vito in the 96th minute of play forced La Moronera's goalkeeper Themis Korakakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
