The supporters of Xeneises F.C. booed when Globo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Frutos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Globo Juniors. Domingo Raymond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Suero in the 10th minute of the match. Laureano Ederono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Arnaldo Suero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Globo Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Suero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute, Raimundo Estebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Casimiro Porfiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Globo Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Aristides Ortis short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got João Francisco Lucas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aristides Orti did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised João Francisco Lucas 26 minutes into the match. Domingo Raymond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Suero's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Casimiro Porfiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd match minute, Globo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Pabla to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th match minute, Globo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Acosta to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Barrionuevo struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. João Francisco Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xeneises F.C.. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justo Shepherd to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Xeneises F.C.'s Domingo Raymond got control of the ball when Cayetano Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Globo Juniors defense, Reynaldo Cambranes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Francisco Lucas. The Globo Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Francisco Lucas should have stopped the shot. Justo Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Francisco Lucas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Aristides Orti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xeneises F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Orti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Francisco Lucas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Acosta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Domingo Raymond made a huge save. Justo Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Domingo Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Suero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Xeneises F.C.'s goalie and right to Raimundo Estebe. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Xeneises F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Globo Juniors's João Francisco Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Shepherd in the 71st minute of play. João Francisco Lucas came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Barrionuevo. But to his dismay, Antonio Barrionuevo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 77th minute Casimiro Porfiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Raymond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Xeneises F.C.'s Domingo Raymond got control of the ball when Pablo Acosta tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 minutes, Laureano Ederono mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xeneises F.C. and the Globo Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xeneises F.C.'s Domingo Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Suero in the 85th minute of play. Antonio Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Xeneises F.C. booed when Globo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Bautista didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Globo Juniors's Arnaldo Suero in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee ended the match the Xeneises F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
