In the 18thth minute of the game Niceto Ibar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympique de Regina's Widhie Jatnika was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Olympique de Regina's Amancio Elizardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Carlomagno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ovidio Carlomagno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Seguinus in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Cirilo Caradaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Carlomagno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvio Tino charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee ignored Olympique de Regina's protests and gave Rogelio Erramun a yellow card for diving instead. Olympique de Regina:s Widhie Jatnika showed great skill when he stopped Esteve Oliveiro:s penalty.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Ibar was the one to do the kick off. After 60 played minutes La Guardia Imperial got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Foro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Seguinus in the 61st minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Ovidio Carlomagno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Olympique de Regina getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Elvio Tino hit a great ball. With 72 minutes on the clock, Esteve Oliveiro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When Biren Mukhopadhyay fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. La Guardia Imperial's Ovidio Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Caradaro in the 76th minute of play. Victorio Seguinus scored 2-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidio Carlomagno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Cirilo Caradaro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of La Guardia Imperial's Ovidio Carlomagno. Ovidio Carlomagno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
